Customer Service Officer (Baggage Storage)

Job Description:

• Attend to customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS and Baggage Storage System (BSS)
• Perform opening and closing settlements for POS and BSS, including daily cash reconciliation
• Provide bag wrapping services and upsell baggage-related services or products
• Manage acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits in accordance with SOP
• Conduct baggage searches in line with SOP and ensure compliance with security standards set by management and airport police
• Maintain store cleanliness and overall presentation
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Able to carry luggage up to 25kg

6-day work week, rotating rest days

Fixed shift:
Afternoon: 2:40pm – 11pm
Night: 10:45pm – 7:05am (S$100 night shift allowance provided)

*The shift is 8 hours inclusive of lunch break*
